User's Location: Shared location will enhance user’s experience with dynamic features such as suggesting nearby exercise spots, finding the closest ambulance service. User’s location data is always encrypted and protected with us.

Your personal information is held on limited-access servers at Software Shop Limited. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information provided to us from unauthorized access and disclosure.

Health Connect Data Privacy

Easy: Health & Fitness uses Health Connect data to provide users with insights into their physical activity, such as steps, heart rate, sleep, temperature, calorie burn. We use these mentioned data to give our users a healthy lifestyle suggestion and projection on their current health status. This data is solely used to help users understand their health and fitness habits.

Easy: Health & Fitness does not share user health or physical activity data with any third parties.

Our app does not make reference to third parties. Software Shop Limited has no influence whatsoever on the contents and design of sites of other providers and therefore cannot extend the warranties under this declaration on data protection to such sites. Nor does the fact that we refer to such sites mean that we adopt their contents as our own.

Google User Data

To make sure a good experience and easy integrity for the user, our development team requires some public data from the Google account of the user. Users can easily log in to Google Fit Account from the app. We maintain data security with the highest priority. Our team collects data for login purposes.

User Data Control

We have given the option to users to sync google fit account through 'Easy Health' Application. If users want to delete their data, they can send an email to easy customer support support@easy.com.bd and actions will be taken accordingly.

The only purpose to collect any information from Google Health Connect/ Google Fit is to provide physical activity related information like walking, running, sleeping to user through our app, abiding by requirements from Health Connect Policy Requirement.
